Synchronized Clocks

The DuraTime 2.4 GHz clock system from BRG Precision includes dual-redundant master clocks that obtain time updates and sends them directly to all secondary clocks by using the system’s integrated, wireless, multi-path communications and data network. With the ability to automatically shift from daylight savings time to standard time, the RC100 master clocks also feature built-in network time receivers that allow users to sync local and public times servers. An optional wireless GPS time receiver is also available to provide simultaneous, redundant time acquisition. Ideal for multiple facilities, including schools and hospitals, the synchronized clock unit comes with an alarm system that can support up to 999 alarms and any combination of up to 12-alarm zones, according to the company. The clock system, which is Windows-based by Microsoft, includes wireless relay and audio players with over 70 tones, bells, and buzzers, as well as alarm control outputs that can be installed with or without wiring, according to the company.
