Varco Pruden Building has added Utility Built, a new micro-building product, to its line of steel building solutions. Varco Pruden partnered with Parkline Inc. to produce the Utility Built line of small, multipurpose, specialized enclosures developed to be cost-competitive and modular in construction, allowing for simple installation. Ideal for field and job site offices, emergency generator enclosures, instrument spaces, motor control stations, HVAC penthouses, pump houses, waste-water treatment spaces, solar electric stations and security guard houses, Utility Built products have almost endless applications. Each building kit is made to order and manufactured to exact specifications. They are available in a variety of colors and options, including both gabled and single-sloped roofs. No heavy equipment is required for erection or placement and no pre-set anchor bolts are needed.
