J.P. Grom

Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc., a planning, engineering and program management firm, has promoted J.P. Grom to the position of vice president. Grom has been with the firm since 2000, providing program management solutions to the educational marketplace and a variety of school districts in both rural and urban settings. A registered architect, Grom’s expertise includes master planning, facility assessments, design, construction administration and warranty periods. He has successfully managed projects such as the $109 million bond program for Marshall Independent School District and the $267 million Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District bond program. Grom carries a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and received a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional studies from the University of Wisconsin and a master’s degree in architecture from Texas A&M University.
