Lauren Dunn Rockart

An architect with 19 years of experience in all phases of the design process, Lauren Dunn Rockart, AIA, LEED AP, has been promoted to principal at Lord Aeck & Sargent (LAS). A leader for the firm’s North Carolina office, Rockart specializes in management, design direction and decision-making for higher education projects, including residence halls, academic facilities and research laboratories. Her current projects include the University of North Carolina Greensboro’s Spartan Village Housing, renovations for Duke University’s Paul M. Gross Hall, as well as the Applied Propulsion and Power Laboratory at the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center.

With a master’s degree in architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in architecture from Princeton University, Rockart is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Society for College and University Planning. She is also a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards certificate holder.
